Hello again to fellow NTEC members
I just wanted to say hi to everybody. Kelly texted me about a week ago wondering what happened to me. No, I did not sell the Evo. No, I did not move away (kinda). I will probably not be able to make it to any meets within the next few months.
I just took a short-term job that requires a lot of work. I am currently living in a hotel in North Richland Hills
and working every day of the week . I'm averaging 70hrs/week so far. I forsee it jumping to 80 pretty soon. The good part is all the money from the extra hours and the massive per diem.
The contract is scheduled to be finished in August. But it will probably last until June or maybe July. I have started shopping around for all kinds of goodies for the car to be installed when this is over. I forsee adding some RED to my blacked out car.
Here is a little taste of the cool stuff coming through the airport where I work.
And here is a pic next to a Cobra owned by an Electical Engineer. It has a fully built and balanced motor with a conservative tune making 500whp. I'm trying to talk him into getting an underdrive pulley for his supercharger and break into 600hp range.
There are some really sweet old fighter jets off one of the runways. When they finish constuction around them, I will take some more pics.

I would NOT want to fly in that tilt rotor plane. As cool as they are - I don't trust them. It's very complex and has had a lot of stability issues in the past. While they may have sorted it all out, there's just too much that can go wrong.

Man, I really miss MSR. I would love to go out there again but I'm always workin.

Is your car still gutted?
Sure is. I had the back seats in for a while but took them back out because I felt it was unsafe to have people back there with the harness bar. And it sounds a lot cooler.
