hey laramie-any idea what your egt was at the time? Read you're dropping in some pistons etc, what happened, what'd you find after you're inspection??

 

I don't know the egt when it happened. I melted the #4 spark plug. There is almost nothing left of it. I'll try to figure out how to post pics.

I am looking to put pistons, rods and a AMS balance shaft in. I hope the head is ok. i might send the head out to have it massaged.

 

Well it looks like I will be boring the block .020 to clean up the mess I think I will send the injector out to get flow tested. Just to make sure that wasn't what caused the meltdown.
