I've seen a few new Evo's running around lately and was trolling to see if any of you guys are on here. Blue IX with a carbon hood and trunk, I've seen you a few times around town lately. Silver IX I believe cruising this past Thursday on east loop with the 03-04 cobra guys dunno if it was Ben or who but wished I had been in my car. We need more Evo's to represent at the meets. I've seen about 8 or so modded ones running around town and only know one other person with one in town that actually goes to anything not counting my buddy with the X.

 

Blue one is a 8 and only has the cf trunk now. His name is michael

The silver one was mine - evo 8 with all the slobras ahem cobras! Ben doesnt have an evo anymore.

There is a meet every friday at sonic on 64th and frankford around 10. You should come out sometime.

Ah thanks for the corrections. Seen the blue one at passing a few times. I've been out to that meet a few times. How much are you making with that GT40? I'd assume 500whp on pump or more. I'll have to come out this week, my buddy with the other silver X will come also probably

 

Around 500 on pump and around 600 whp with meth.

i drive a modded white evo8 with a carbon fiber hood and bronze rims. ive seen another white one running around near campus and a silver x last year.

What turbo are you running? Ive been running the 91 from the town and country off the loop and clovis. ITs philips66. Check out racelubbock.com

 

its a bbk full port turbo (evo9 ported out slightly smaller than an fp red). ive got an smc meth kit hooked up, but its not running or tuned for it yet.

i hate keeping my cars so conservative up here just because of ****ty gas. 90 octane gives some spool-up knock.

Sup guys! Good to see we have Evos near my ****ty town! I currently live in Clovis and got a couple of buddies with some evos! Were stationed at Cannon. Currently there's a Black Evo 8, my silver 8, another GG MR9, and a Red X. I'm just speaking for my homies on base! We should Be planning on hittin up Lubbock in the near future! I do however go to Lubbock alot with my wife recently I have not been able to take my car since I've been adding some stuff to it... My new clutch has to be broken in!
