I can figure a lot of places. The back parking lot of chimes, but there won't be many people seeing our cars back there. Maybe we can do a meet at Hooters here? The guy from Twin Peaks stopped emailing me. Lol

 

Hooters is always down.... and they do alot of promotions and i figure... that would be a great way to take it on... hooters may be a better venue

 

I'm sure we can agree on something with the manager. Maybe we can put out flyers and an r.s.v.p somewhere to see about how many people will go.. If we put out flyerz people will come regardless. Once we show the manager how many people rsvp he will surely opt in. Twin peaks car show. Good idea.

Hooters is a good idea too, just email me the convos from where you left off so I know what I am getting into. A plan should be developed to bring before him. What ya guys think? Create flyers with all the different forums and their logos that we are on as well as post the meet on those forums, we can see how many people will go that way. Is there going to be a theme? If so what is the theme? Like are we advertising a car meet or car show. I can do the flyer in photoshop unless someone else knows it well. What slogan if any do we want on the flyer? Seanzie I know you can come up with some clever catchy slogab for the flyer to grab people attention. Something with *** and ******* hahgahaha but not literal. It has to deal with cars. Have we settled on the exact date yet? Once we get this part rolling with the flyers I can go up there, show him the flyer and give him a good # of how many people will go. What kind of things do we want to go on at the event. We should give him some ideas like
Mentioned above like putting there promotional stuff out. Have waitresses deliver food and drinks. Certain amount of people have to eat there. Help me answer some of these questions and I think thats enough to get us in

this all sounds good... i am in italy still so my contact with local places there is limited, but i will be back in time thats why i am trying to organize this.... Hooters or Twin peaks would work.... i mean nothing is better than babes and cars... but we still need to keep it kinda family oriented... the more people the better ya know... Hoooters will def have some ladies to bring out and hand out promo items... also we could see if people come and donate $$$$ we could put the money toward a chariety of thier choice... most owners/managers would love to have something like that... i am trying to keep it mostly EVO's but if we need to do something more open with more types of rides we can ... no subaru's j/k

 

I think we should keep just Evos. We can always set up something else for other car meets, but just evos will be easier to manage. We don't need to get into spending money on this just to have a place to park, Mitch. Lets keep it simple.

We should ask twin peaks manager how many cars do we need to host the event and then we can make it happen?

 

i like the idea of JUST EVO'S the more the better even evo projects that aren't done.. like a 1/2 built evo on donughts lol all different kind of designs.... that would be cool if we do it in slidell i can get TOS (thunder of slidell) to do a crank it up or something... they do a bunch of SPL shootouts!

 

We got time. Plenty of places. But I definitely want somewhere with good food. IE Twin Peaks :-P
