Can we move the date sooner, away from football season? It starts September 5, I think.

Thanks for your interest in hosting your event with us! We take into consideration many things when choosing which car shows to host. Most importantly are the amount of cars and how much business we stand to gain/lose from the event. In other words, if we have 50 cars and no one comes inside, then its not a good business idea for us.
Also, September means football and we are planning on using the front parking lot for a game watching tent. So depending on the time of the game, it could also affect our decision to host a car show. Are you set on that date?
Either way, we would love to pursue this and it looks like we have plenty of time to plan it.

i think we do and offer then to set up a tent out side sell food and drinks and thier waitresess could walk around a deliver beer put out promo items stuff like that.. Sept 5th i don;t thinki could make it :\
We could use a theme like a kick off to football or something... with a car show etc... something of the sort ya know.... and we could all agree to eat there.. that might be an option so they get guarenteed business .... what ya think

It basically depends on the date chosen & what I have going on. Being here, it's a hike down, but I can parlay it into a visit to my parents.

Sept 1st isn't possible for me Maybe the 5th! a big Maybe, but i could try i will in Texas getting my interior lighting done on the 1st. then i should be back on the 2ndish... thats what i plan... so the 5th may work....

see if he will let us do it that weekend... if we all agree to eat there.....i think thats fair...... right we show up a little early and set up our cars and then eat after we eat then.... we can open up our rides and sit out and chill ... ya know i think a small car show will bring alot of people in there to eat espically if they are waiting in line or something it gives them something to do....

we can meet anywhere..... i think what about Hooters in Kenner/Meterie or Southside Cafe in Slidell they always have bike meets there.... i am in italy at the moment so i can call i appreciate you guys helping out and working it...
