100 bucks deposit goes towards your 350 tune fee.
the airfare for Chris is divided up amongst all of us getting tuned. We need to confirm who all is in for sure w/ their 100 deposit on friday... then we can divide the current airfare that day.

more people are getting interested late... i need to ask Chris/Mellon if we can increase.

btw people... if you cannot commit on friday, let me know so we can make room for someone else. Its really hard to coordinate this... lol.

Glenn, i added you anyways... because we dont know who is for sure tomorrow to throw down. I only have mebbe 3-4 people (incl myself) that have money ready for deposits.

 

btw, there are fueling requirements for E85... (this is WickedEvos delima as well) so make sure you have the Evo prepared for e85

 

I believe the best thing to do is for everyone that is ready... to pay their deposit of $100 directly to Mellon-Tuning. Their website is MELLONTUNING.com Paypal info is there as well as contact info for Chris.

Once we tally everyone that was able to place a deposit tomorrow (friday 9/11/09)... whe be can divide up the airfare (hopefully that same flight is available)

so far the best i found was on Orbitz. Continental non-stop $293.00 Memphis -> Houston
arriving friday 10/23 5:57pm into IAH-houston. which is perfect since my office is near the airport.

Hey guys mellon said to go to his website mellontuning.com and pick the 350pkg so it will let u paypal the deposit. Just send in $150. This is 100 deposit plus 50 for the ticket. (If the ticket goes up or less people confirmed we can adjust). Once u make your deposit reply or PM and ill update the list marking u as deposit paid. Mellon needs a description of mods and fuel type etc when u send the deposit. Also mark that its for the houston tuning session.

 

i just updated the post showing who has paid their $150 deposit. Guys pls send payment via paypal on MellonTuning.com along w/ your evo description(mods etc). We need to have all deposits in so Chris can book his flight before the airfare goes up!
