Think the list is solid now... can everyone commit to their portion of the ticket and a $100 deposit soon? Should we do the wknd before halloween? Oct 24th(sat) perhaps fly chris out the Friday before? Is this cool w u mellon? If we can agree to this date (all of us) then let's at least lock down the airfare and deposits....

October 24 works for me. Any weekend will work for me since I have weekends off so I'm good. Just let me know how much to put down and it'll be done. Cant wait for this!

I did a quick search for inline racing in houston and I only came up with an ice skating place. Does that shop have a website? Whats the address so I can google map this place Im gonna need someone to install that wideband...

 

That weekend works for me...maybe fly me in Friday so we'll have all day Sat/Sun to tune and fly out late Sunday

They can weld a bung and install the wideband.

Ok this schedule seems ok so far... I will PM the rest of the guys to get their input.

Oct 23rd (chris arrives evening flight) - I can pick him up
Oct 24th (sat - 1st full tuning day)
Oct 25th (sun - 2nd tuning day until flight departure time)

$100 deposit for tune and so far the flights look to be in the 300-330 range which means about 50-55 bucks a head for the ticket. We have to secure these funds (assuming paypal is easiest)

Is it easier if we just paypal u directly and u get the ticket? And the deposits? I'm not sure how u want to do this...

Deposit is 100 bucks plus portion of flight. We have to confirm all members so we know what to divide the airfare by. I just found a non-stop continental flight from memphis/houston for just $293.00! It gets mellon here on fri 10/23 5:57pm so he can tune sat/sun... and he leaves at 6:55pm on Sunday night.
If everyone can confirm so we can start paypal the money that would be great... it would suck to lose the flight at this cost. Can everyone at least confirm and have deposits ready by this Friday at latest?
