I could help you out bro. MZM is very expensive, much less would they help you with your tranny out of the car already.

It's just going to require a couple people under the car gently lifting the tranny on. Done it a couple times now, piece of cake.

PM me if you still need some help, I'm very southwest, about 45 min from Round Rock.

jaketheviii good guy. its rare to find help like that. as far as mzm, you just gotta know them. mutasim is cool as hell and is all about helping. as far as high pricing im not to sure, i just doing tuning with them. you should love that exedy man, alot of people are saying good things, but a few are saying bad things. i personal have no experience with it. i been hearing so much about all sorts of clutches being good and bad, which made my mind up. ill just buy anther stock clutch. im not pushing enough hp to actually need an aftermarket clutch. my stock is capable of my hp. im safe at 400 awhp with the stock.

Nothing wrong with MZM my was was tuned by them and it came out good! The only problem some have is the price but you get what you payed for and every time I need something or have a question they take care of it and explain it to you. Good service and great cars come out of that shop but MELD is cool to BTW Meld I need my car lowered info on how much and when? My car is only getting the clutch done and new gauges at MZM

We got it done. It was just really tight in there, no wiggle room.

Yes thanks to Jake so much for coming out and helping I really really appreciate it!

I got everything back on 100% today and much to my dismay something is wrong...

I can see the TOB seated all the way through the inspection hole but the clutch fork isn't moving all the way back and forth. (if you are facing the car and leaning over front bumper) the clutch fork only moves from all the way to the left to about half way towards the right and it wants to stay to the left. when the slave cylinder fully extends its still not touching the fork.

There is about a 1/4" to 1/2" gap when fully extended. The only thing i can think of is that the TOB isn't fully seated or something didn't get put back right on the clutch fork like the springs. I am at my wits end and going to have it taken to the shop tomorrow as I just cant take anymore. EVO Clutch-10 Me-0

Thanks to all of you for the ideas and help I am going to go shed some tears in my beer now

If you get inspired to have another crack at it instead of throwing it in the shop, let me know and I'll come back. I thought it was good to go, I guess something is not engaging correctly in there.

well somehow the fork was not seated in the TOB all the way. i really have no idea how this happened as after the tranny was in i seated the TOB all the way and moved the fork and it felt perfect... oh well its all good now! thanks again for all the help guys. BTW anyone know where i can get a V-band clamp for a 3" Vishnu exhaust? the damn bolt broke on mine when taking it off and cant find any locally that fit good.
