For some reason there was a huge pile of dirt out there...which he hit.

The Houston Chronicle had an article about the event and didn't even mention this.

 

I work with a guy who works part time for the owner of the lambo. Said it was pretty crazy seeing that happen. He also had a viper up there that went through a clutch and ferrari (I think) that caught some front end damage. Must be nice to have deep pockets.
