Do we have Speed Camera or Red Light Cameras in Texas?

Like the title says, do we have Speed Camera or Red Light Cameras in Texas? I want to buy a V1 Radar, but it's not as advanced as the Escort 9500xi database on speed cameras and red light cameras. But is that even a issue in Texas?

I assume these are just red light cameras right?

I got this link in a reply at antoher forum. I don't run reds, i'm really just concerned about speeding.

I've seen red light cameras in Texas, however, I have never encountered an automated speed camera. Most red light cameras are in large cities like the dfw metroplex

So I debated getting the 9500ix A LOT, but it seems the V1 has better range. I've read numerous reviews and all pointed to the V1 when it came to detecting range. The only advantages the 9500ix has is the GPS feature and the whole speed camera or red light camera support. I don't care for the escort live feature at all, so that's not a selling point for me. I do like how Escort offers payment plans though lol

I actually like the V1's arrows and it's sensitivity which leads to better performance and more false alerts, but i can't live with the false alerts (i think)
