The One Percent holds a monday night meet at Thunder Roadhouse off memorial at 7pm the 3rd monday of every month as long as the weather holds.

 

Just got my 2005 evo 8 and am a newb with evos. I have a busy schedule but would like to meet up with some guys from the okc area to chat. I live in Moore.

Just got a red evo 8

I've only seen one other evo in the Yukon area.

 

Anyone know a good tuner in the area?

 

hope im not reviving the dead. i am also a fellow evo owner and have been trying to connect all oklahoma evo owners together somehow.

 

Unfortunately you really have to go to Dallas for a tune. I've heard Abel Racing in Midwest City will road tune Evo's (they only have a 2wd dyno), but I personally go to Dallas.

I live around Sooner and I-240 and I'm down for meeting up and helping out if any new owners have questions. I had an VIII before my X and am familiar with both!

 

There is a meet next Sunday, June 23rd. There is a guy who does tuning for some of the OKC guys. He tries to keep it on the down low. But he can do Subarus, Evo 8,9 and 10s.

 

Also Kevin @ EvoD said he can now do remote tuning, and there is an AWD at RIP Tuning in Moore. Brad @ RIP said hes fine with using his dyno for this purpose. $75 for the first half hour, $130 per hour.

Isn't RIP tuning AWD dyno a Dynocom Dyno? There's a thread about how inaccurate it was.
