I will be there for the meet at the Dam and Lunch. But I don't think my Evo will be "cruise" ready.

Why won't it be cruise-ready? If it isn't, feel free to find someone to rind along with and still join us that evening for dinner and festivities

I get home from my deployment in May...I have a lot of things to get done (like find and buy a house) first before I can even think about getting my EVO ready...

If you're running E85 please arrive to the meeting point Saturday morning with a full tank; availability can not be guaranteed, but if you arrive full, you will have enough for the entire cruise route. Shell 93 will be available at our lunch spot (Rudy's).

I would recommend you bring extra. Austin is not a big e85 place. There is one HEB in north austin off 35/parmer ln. that has it, but other than that Im not aware of other places unless your looking at cities outside of austin.

ill be down to go,i can stay at my buddies place in austin and he can tag along. He doesnt have an evo but he drives a rb25 240sx and might have his 2jz 240sx done by then,is he allowed to bring it or is this an evo only meet?

Can't speak for this Meet, but last Meet there were other non-Evo folks there that hung out and joined the cruise. I would say as long as they're not asshats looking to do stupid stuff. It just takes one DB to ruin it for everybody.

Exactly this. It also can't be a POS car blowing oil everywhere making it dangerous for the rest of us. Tires will also be checked prior to the cruise for safe and legal tread depth. Again, no blowing oil, no leaking any fluids, and legal tires.

Have some decent tires! I've only been in one of NTEC's 'spirited' cruises. And I have to say, I have never driven my EVO that hard for that long. Does anyone know if the video of the cruise is still up on Youtube?
