Was driving my friend home around 6-6:30 on Monday evening and saw a yellow evo pass us on 407. Two guys were in it, one looked a bit older but I couldn't really tell. I clapped for them and gave them a peace sign (I know they saw me too :P)

Anyone know who it might have been? Not sure if it was someone test driving one or what, becuase I didn't see the plate or anythin to see. (erg)

I also followed a red evo not too long ago with the smaller spoiler on it. Dunno who that was though... :?

I'm not sure who it is either. I think I have seen them come out of Lewisville High school coming home from work one day, though. I live in Flower Mound...also happen to have a yellow OZ w/ sunroof. which is also my baby :P

havent seen the red evo around. i have seen a black one around for quite some time now, but i think they live in denton...cause i always see it close to 35 and then driving north. who knows.

I heard there is an Evo at Lewisville, but that's jsut from someone saying "Yeah you know that car you're obsessed with...? Yeah, I saw one at LHS..." Tells me a lot... (heh)

 

no, sorry. I go to the art institute in dallas. no high school for me. but yea, i've seen the yellow one at LHS. never seen it parked there though, not that i've looked too terribly much into things, but i am guessing it is one of the student's dad's car.

im taking computer animation.. although as far as the gagging goes, i dont know how much longer i will be staying at the art institute... calarts is looking good.

I heard their animation program was decent, or at least one of their better programs there. I have a friend named Everett that will be going there for that next year.

Here's the run-up to what happened:

Coming from Sonic on FM3040, there's a loop that gets you to 121b, and I was doing that around 55-60 with no problem, and as I exited the loop, I added a little more gas to exit the loop faster, and then there was an onramp which gets you directly to 121 South, and as I was trying to get on to that ramp, I hit a wetspot with heated tires, *** end comes loose, I try my best to control it by countersteering, but biggest mistake I did was I tapped the brakes. Had I just applied more throttle, it would've straightened out. And next thing I know, I hit the concrete barrier at around 65-70mph. Both airbags deployed, front end is messed up, even though it doesnt appear to be in pictures. It's officially totalled.

I may consider buying the car back and parting it out. I figure I may try it local first to see if anyone is interested.

I'll take everything out that is salvageable.

 

I'll take the seats if you want.. but I got no money :| (or well, little of it) How about sexual favors? :P

But, really sorry to hear that.. do you plan on getting another evo later? or wha? Oh wait, said you ain't gettin another car.. *sniffs*

I'm so sorry.. I'd probably still be crying if that happened to me...

I'm sticking with a beater and have some money saved up for the long-term.
