Well this Sunday is the Oasis cars n coffee. It is also mothers day. I am still planning to check it out though. I usually park in the parking garage on the very top. You get a awesome view of the whole show. If your car hates speed bumps, be mindful of the couple in the garage. Should be able to drive around them, but they are not friendly to low cars. I should be in my yellow RA, but might be in my brothers 2012 grey Focus. I am tempted to bring a cooler of drinks to have up top while enjoying the view. I usually show up at or around the beginning time, parking it much easier. Should be fun!

 

I won't be able to make it due to mother's day and having to go out of town to see my mother.

My car hasn't been washed in over a month and this stupid water ban stopping me from washing my car is really pissing me off

 

Yes it is today! It is in Leander on the first sunday, and at the oasis on the second sunday each month. I won't be there, it's my daughters birthday party today.

 

I didn't make it out today either. I need to get together with some car guys here in Austin to do stuff like this with. None of my buddies are into cars so there's no motivation to get up and get to meets.

I'm moving into a house in 2 weeks so at least I will be able to detail the car and take care of the little things I've had to postpone because it's sitting in a storage unit

 

I just moved down here from NC. I haven't made it out to any meets or anything yet but not because there is a shortage of them.
