Houston Evo meet that turned out bad
well the meet was i guess ok... not alot showed up....
but the worst part was when we all got pulled over

Yea i was at the meet, i was the guy that had the '02 WRX but i didn't have it with me so i was driving my dad's maxima. Anyways, that sux guys, what did y'all do to get caught?
I got arrested and went to jail in October '03 for racing 2 camaro ss's, really blowed, so i can feel for yall.

I especially like the pic with you laying flat on the ground with your hands behind your head.
We were just messing around, we didn't get pulled over guys. One of the guys with us was the cops brother. It was a slow night so we were just hanging around and talking with the cop. Our evo meets are always good clean fun, we never street race.(unless the street is closed off with absolutely no traffic)
Couple of interesting things i found out while talking with him:
1) If you have a lot of warrants, most cops will not take you to jail if you have a child in the car. (They don't want to traumatize the kid)
2) Most cops won't write you a ticket for running a test pipe. (It's too much of a hassle to fight in court)
3) Cops write an average of about 7 tickets an hour.

I was wondering how a cop would let you take pictures of an arrest or at the most, aquire them. Next time get a picture of the cop chasing one of the EVOs, that would be bad ***, or a mock street-drag.
