Warrant

So, because I didn't pay the speeding ticket in Fort Worth, I now have a warrant out for my arrest. If I were to go to work tonight, I get off at 7, then drive down there, they're not going to arrest me if I'm there to pay it, right?

HELP!

No, they are not going to arrest you. How did you find out about your warrant btw?

Just out of curiosity, what did you expect to happen if you didn't pay it?

They sent it to me in the mail.

Well, I was hoping it was "lost" *shrug* I didn't have the money to pay it off at the time.

I went down there Wednesday night and paid it off. $267 for deffered adjudication (sp?)

FYI: Deffered adjudication is county wide. I've been deffered in Denton County, Tarrant County and Dallas County.
