Sorry for the late notice, I've been so busy at work that I haven't had any chance to read the forums lately.
Spokes is having an AutoX tomorrow, 6/27, in Austin at TechRidge. Anyone planning on being there?

The threat of rain must've scared a lot of people off. The event shows 79 participants, though I think some left in the middle of the day when one storm hit. Because of the low number of participants we got 6 runs, 3 in 2 different heats.
As luck would have it, it rained during both my my heats and not at all during the other 4 heats. So I got to run basically all my runs in wet conditions. The afternoon rain was not as heavy as the morning rain and we had a semi-dry line for my very last run of the day. Of course I coned that run, though a clean run still would've only netted 2nd place.
But it was definitely fun to go out and run in the poor conditions and do some nice low-grip drifting. Gotta love AWD!

.......I will have company for the July 18th event, so it looks like August will be the autox for me.
