I don't post much on here but when I have a good/bad experience with a shop I like to share it so others can know what to expect in their dealings with them.

I had my stereo intalled there several months ago and overall I was very pleased, but they did make one mistake; the bracket that held my subs in place was too weak and snapped. My speakers fell on my metal battery box putting a hole in one of them and denting the other on my spare tire bolt.

Well I never would have guessed it but they are going to fix everything, replace the subs and re-install it at no charge. Boy am I impressed! On The way driving there to go talk to them I was freaking out because I was alost certain they were going to shrug it off and show me the door.

Thankyou so much Chris and Mike, I wish more people would run a business like you guys. I'll be sending my fathers vette your way as soon as the motor is finished, and will continue to brag about you guys as usual.

its okay im glad more people are relizing what a great shop wasabi is and that if your in need they will provide however they can!!!!
