Props to Barrett Mitsu in Georgetown

We all hear about bad dealership experience so I wanted to pass along my experience with Barrett Mitsu service department. I bought the car at Huggins in Dallas, and serviced it at Maxwell and another local mechanic. Only been to Barrett twice before. They just replaced my transfer case under warranty. They kept the process as painless as possible and returned the car with spotless. Only way it could have been better, is if they'd given me a loaner car.

I wonder if they'll turn my rotors under warranty - I only have TBE...

just clutch, clutch line and restrictor. transfer case started making noise out of the blue and soon sounded like a banshee was riding with me.

give it shot on the rotors.

Yeah - I just read too many horror stories about Mitsu cancelling warranties with any sign of modification. I don't mind losing warranty on something that I've modified, but my brakes started the wobble after 2000 miles - with no track time or anything on them, just normal street driving.

If they wont, I'll just sling Staysys rotors on :P
