Don't go there. Here is my story today.

Went in for a simple oil change and a car wash with my pitpass.

went in at 1pm, got out at 5 pm.

the service advisor looked at me when I went to talk to her at 5pm and she goes to say "you're still here?"

wtf.

not only that, when I had problems with bleeding the brakes, because Rick Case bastards, Tim (tech @ Sunny King) told me that he'll bleed the brakes.

He bleed the brakes, spilt brake fluid all over all 4 calipers. So instead of having 1 caliper peeling, now I have the rest of them peeling and the one I replace brand new.

Not only that, when they finish washing my car, they left swirl marks all over my car.

I didn't even have swirl marks on my CF wing and no I have noticeable marks just about everywhere.

The service advisors were horrible, especially the old fat bastard that's **** to everyone.

Don't ever go there. Service advisor didn't even tell me that it was going to take this long and didn't say a single damn thing in 5 hours I was waiting there. no, "we're sorry, it's taking so long" or "it's going to take this long because we're busy"
or anything.

What is up with mitsubishi dealerships? I mean, the honda dealerships and volvo dealerships weren't that great, but at least they took care of you quickly and let you know what was going on.

damn....

I wish mitsubishi motor goes down and fire all of their workers with them.
