Well, My Lancer got rear-ended yesterday baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
I got a bump on my head and some minor pain, JUST ****ING PISSED OFF!!!

It is driveable, but there is a piece metal thats a part of the bumper frame, I think, that biitch went right into the tire, fuuny enough the tire is still in tact, but maybe it will get flat over time.....who knows

 

Thats is a possibility, but right now I just anixously awaiting the extent of the damage on it, but that wont be until in the week

This complex, but here goes....this a 5 car collision.....

A car made a U turn and apparently stop in the middle of the street (call it car X),
Car 1 stopped, Car 2 stopped, Car 3 = Me stopped, Car 4 hit me pushed me into Car 2 and pushed Car 2 into Car 1, now Car 5 hit Car 4 which hit me, then I hit car 2 and car 2 hit car 1, and of course car X went on his merry way!

 

Thats ****ed up. With the police report who is technically at fault car x that drove away or car 5 that hit car 4? How bad did your front end get being that it got pushed into another car?

 

My front is not that bad of a hit, just the bumper, it was enough that my headlights shifted, both of them, the report says that car 4 is at fault for hitting me, and car 5 for hitting car 4, according to florida law, if you are hit from the back then the person from behind is at fault

 

But if you got pushed into someone then you would be responsible. So you would be responsible for car 2's damage

 

True, according to the cop, the hit I gave the person in front was just cosmetic, so I got the worst in back and front, the sent car 1 and 2 on their way, car 5 was able to drive away, car 4 and I had to be towed away, car 4 was a accord, her air bags opened
