I'm going to start by asking $450 for my full Turbo XS exhaust with Downpipe, Test pipe, and Catback. Like i said i just ordered a brand new mounting kit from Turbo XS for the new owner and this exhaust might have 1000-1500 miles on it.

Is this John, meaning Jestr?? If so, I am down for a tune.. Do I need to buy anything in order for him to reflash/tune the ecu? Im all new to this turbo car business, so I need a little guidance. I used an SCT tuner on my Supercharged truck before, so wasn't sure if there is anything similar for these cars?

 

No u don't need anything just decide which tune u want. Go to his site jestrtuning.com i believe it is and he has several diff flashes and custom tunes. I would say get whatever u want 2 put on the car mod wise so he can input that in the tune. Rec boost controller,intake since i heared u talking about getting one,tb =), and u should be good unless u got more cash for more goodies. =) guys its freaking cold outside and its dropping in the 40s tonight =/

 

Yes John from jestr tuning. I don't belive you need to buy anything for him to tune it. I would recommend a boost controller and a boost gauge if you dont already have one though....

It gives you a good description of what the flashes bring, so you can decide what you want. I might go crazy and buy the cams for my car so I dont have to reflash it again for a few months. I'm still waiting on word from John as to time and place but I'm thinking fynetune most likely.
