A Republican and a Democrat are walking down the street when they come upon a homeless person. The Republican gives the homeless person his business card and tells him to come to his business for a job. He then takes Twenty dollars out of his pocket and gives it to the homeless person for cab fare to get to work. The Democrat is very impressed and, when they come to another homeless person, he decided to help. He walks up to the homeless person and gives him directions to the welfare office. He then reaches into the Republican's pocket and removes twenty dollars. He keeps fifteen dollars for administrative fees and gives the homeless person five. He then congratulates himself on his generosity.
Now you understand the difference between Republicans and Democrats.

Ryder - Neither would Clinton... besides I've offered bums food and 80% of them turn me down and say they just need the money. Booze and drugs I guess. The 20% that accept, I feed. I had one guy once ate 3 hamburgers and 2 orders of fries. And he was a skinny schiet that looked like Dr Evo. 
If you want an education come out to the homeless ministry with Ana when she goes to feed the homeless. Half of those people are out there because they don't want to deal with the stress of life (poor babies). The other half have fallen on hard times. THOSE I will help.
As for the not funny part, you just have no sense of humor. I guess it's just a matter of perception.
