same prob in Cuba - the plastic surgery. When I went to visit I was 14 and few girls that were my age that I knew were prostitutes . Sad that they all know no matter how much school you do, the pay will suck and you won't be able to afford anything either way.

I wouldn't think they would have the resources for plastic surgery in Cuba but the prostitution problem is definitely well known as are the tourists that go there for just that reason.
