Does anyone know of a local place where I can a hole welded shut in a KA24DE oil pan? Bastards at the bone yard drill a hole through it to drain the oil...hello, there is a bolt

Ya the junk yards do that to drain the oil faster they use a punch and punch a hole in the pan
