i get the 10mm in there, but as i turn the plastic piece it starts to skip and "click" and doesnt move the other wheel with the cable connected to it.

Because it's stripped. You have to take off the headlight and turn the motor adjustment with a pair of pliers...

my friend, the hardest part is taking off your bumper...mitsu could've have fixed the damn stripping bolt from 4 years ago..but no.

Taking off the headlight is not hard at all.

jdm bumper question...

besides the paint job, how else do you identify a real JDM bumper?
I bought mine from gruppe-s, but they repackaged it (so it didnt come in a mitsu box)

it came with a towhook cover and rivets. The tow hook cover was in a mitsubishi bag like item come from the dealer, the bumper was wraped in a tan paper however there were no mitsubishi stickets on it anywhere. iniside all there were was a siryo plastics label/sticker in japanese with part number 6410A.....

I just dont want to have been screwed...
