I kept the litte red light cover on the bulb.. It matches the dash perfectly.. Yes I screwed it down into the plastic steering column.. Cheap replacement if ever needed... The power for the light, uummm, don't remember... I think it was the fuse for the parking lights.. Gotta look..

 

I have the same guage set up as Jon. It does the job for me!! Like Jon said I can't see spending $$$$ on a boost guage when the cheap but good autometer is available. I tapped into my fuse box for the lighting and I used the red rubber cap that covers the light bulb. It matches perfect with our lighting.

Well I had a great time myself and it was easy to get there and back. Just the Idea of 5 Evos all grouped together like that at a show was pretty cool.

John, Did you call ahead for reservations? Cause those spots were perfect.

Also, I don't know if any of you heard it, but as I was walking through the crowd I heard people talking about the "Bunch of Evos over on the end". It's nice to be noticed....

Lastly, that V8 Miata was just absurd!!!! I wonder if it still handles or if it plows with all that extra weight up front. Wow.

I asked the guy with the Miata V8 what does it do in the quarter mile. He said he never took it to the track, I think he's scared that the tranny would break after the first run.
At least the EVO was made to take the pounding, like my ex-girlfriend until the bottom fell out. LOL!!!
