b. your Azenis is wider = more rubber contact on the road (ever note rally cars run skinnier tires?), and stickier - may account for it. Maybe try adding some air - couple pounds see what happens.
PS - next trip to Moroso try dropping tire pressure about - 5 lbs to -10 lbs in each tire and see if it affects your times.
