jontwopimpdaddy, hey I checked over here and they don't have the blue color I want in soft leather. So I opted for pleather....I'll post pics after it gets done. I was going to put the mitsu symbol on the headrest, but you had dibs on that one. I'm having "Rally edition" put on it instead.
Answering past Q's:
1) auto tranny & TC: 175 HP at max . . . I don't think the tranny can hold any more, just like the rare 2g GSX w/ auto tranny. The car will start to lose HP from tranny. The only auto tranny can hold TC application is the Supra TT. No way Mitsu's auto tranny is as good as the Supra.
2) stock 94 'valier won't do 16 secs on the 1/4. If it's from mag times, they are too favorable to the car.
A Civic EX on the 1/4 w/ just I/E can run the low 17 sec. W/ I/H/E, it can run in the 16 sec range. Even the modern Z24 with stock 150 HP (close to it) from its famed Quad 4 motor will have a tough time cranking in the 16 sec range.
Also, a stock SI can do the low 16 sec mark, never the mag claim of 15.8 sec nearing the marked territory of the Type R.
3) About the MIVEC, Mitsu killed the technology in 00, giving way to GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection). MIVEC was never (to my knowledge) was ever created from the factory in TC application. It was probablyy a 2.0 4g94 DOHC, GDI, TC. US spec Lancers are SOHC 4g94 w/o any of those techno whiz-bang like JDM.
