How many lancer's are out there in the Miami area?

 

im in north miami beach, Aventura...

 

That's cool...

But I mean are there many lancer's out there at all?

 

i have seen 1 nice lancer, silver, dropped, rims. all i see down here are lancers with chrome wheels...ugly ****...not many lancers here for performance...just rent a car lancers and old people lancers...
sux, i wanted to start a lil club and get togethers...there is this one dude in ft.lauderdale who had that rmr package. i got jealous...lol
o well....in all....not many nice lancers here in north miami.

 

Yeah a club wouldn't be bad.

Pretty much same up here. Where I work I see loads of old people getting out of these lancer's with like limo tent, dented doors, etc.. They could really give two ****'s about the car itself.

Too bad you don't live closer up here to tampa an you could just join us every once an a while when we meet up.

 

i go to these little meets every friday which everyone calls towers shops. cars show up and show off. not to many nice cars...but its somthing to do if your bored on a friday night... anyways, i always see lines of 3rd gen eclipse's, s2000's, and about 10 million hondas...i get jealous and say..."**** those *****es" lol oh well...i wanna get the **** outta florida and move to L.A.. everything is nice there...weather...people...and things to do... oh well i hate miami...

Yeah there are plenty of shows up here. Some filled with some not so nice cars an some that are overflowing with nice cars. There's Tampa Hondaland up here that puts on car shows every once in a while an they usually have some pretty nice rides that drop by.

I've actually only been through Miami once. I was about 4 or 5 an we went on a little vacation down in Key West.. So I can't say anything really about that area being I can't remember **** about it.

If/When you move to Cali good luck with everything.

 

Why go to Cali? The competition is so stiff as if you're an animal in the Brazilian rainforest competing for survival. No thanks.

Just be glad you don't pay state income tax. Cost of living, it's absurd.

 

Very true, the quality of living, price wise is outrageously high. I'm content with living out here for the time being.

 

In the late 90's, my bro went to a week training from his job to San Diego. nice place. But a decent 1 bedroom apartment cost about 800-1200 a month.

No one in FL with the right mind wants to pay that price.

FL's pay scale may not be as great as other state, but we don't have to suffer a lot of state or local regulation like other states.

Also, look at the cali emission standards. All lancers and +00 mirages have them - ie 2 cat-converters and tough ecu to crack.

 

Yeah, emissions are pretty tight out there. Not much leeway at all.

There are absolutely no emissions out here. Cops out here could careless what the hell's on your car.. which isn't a bad thing.
