I just wana say what a great dealer this is. Their customer service is awesome!! Ive had problems with my 05 2 times already and they have fixed everything to my satisfaction. I wanna thank Shawn at service for taking care of my car and making sure it got fixed . Ive been going here for the last year and a half and i have gotten the best service ever compared to any other dealerships

Yeah, great dealership. I bought my EVO from there. Considering the distance, I was very pleased that I was in and out when I bought it. Only there an hour and a half tops. Quickest I've ever purchased a car. Great service!

 

Can't forget Fountain. Their sales and service are also pretty good.

 

Fountain sucks!! I got jerked around and a few other ppl that went there to buy Evos. They will void your warranty in a heartbeat for ANYTHING!

 

Haven't seen that happen to people I know who've initiated warranty work.

 

Fountain is my main hub for parts. No Dealer will see my car, LOL. It is called "warranty preservation".

I would take my car to sport to get the seat replaced however as the side bolster is cracked like many others.

 

Fountain is the only place I go for service. They always to a good job.

 

Hey guys... what about Holler mitsubishi. They treated me nicely too when i bought my Evo IX with the SSL package from them and they even reduce 2,000 dollars from the retail price in 10 minutes when i bought it and I don't even know them!!!! I guess they knew from the moment i walked into their dealership that I wanted to purchase a Evo no matter what, which was true

 

I know a tech there and he said they void warranty for mods sp dont go there if youre planning on modifying the car. Go to Sport if you ever have any isssues

 

I work for the company that owns Holler Mitsubishi- Their sales department and managers are good, nice people but their service department lacks professionalism and respect. All the service advisors do is nothing...If you show up with any modded mitsu they will give you an attitude for any reason. Plus the whole lot, is the size of my small garage-lol...As for Fountain Mits. Their Service is even more lacking in quality than Holler. You might as well get service done at Walmart. Even though Sport Mits. is a drive away im going to try them next time i have issues.
