Sounds like the Aquamist or something? From what I saw one of those kits looked state of the art. But I'm done with meth as soon as I can get retuned.

Just the hassle I had with this particular kit..seals leaking, leaking at the uicp, just having to fill it up! The nearest go kart place is 30 minutes across town from me. That's a minor inconvenience considering I made 2 5 gallon jugs last almost an entire year. I never had any problems with it at all, though it could have been if I didn't catch it. I'm used to running afrs in the 10s at WOT, when it was 11.3-11.7 I knew something was up. And I actually got a chance to "feel" the failsafe David Buschur programmed into the AEM for instances like that. Needless to say, that was enough to convince me that E85 was the way to go. And a station is not 10 minutes from the house!

I am having an issue with my AEM UEGO and Evoscan. The Evoscan wont record the readings from the UEGO, it wont take any readings at all. I varified that I had the right pins connected to the right wires. (pin 2= blue off gauge, pin 5= same GND as gauge)

I am at a whits end.

When I was running EVOSCAN I gave up on it entirely trying to wire up my UEGO to it. Good luck with it. Wish I could offer some insight to it.

There is a way to run it through your ECU now, to where you don't even have to have a separate wire (USB) running into your laptop now. You can receive your wideband signals (Values) through your Tactrix cable..

would you know how to do that? Or know where I can get the instructions?

I am also having a major issue with Evoscan now. I have 3 versions, v2.0, v2.1, v2.2. I started off with v2.1 and it was working great until about 3 days ago when it started not connecting to the ECU. I would just connect and give very iratic readings and the lil box that turns green for a connection would flash yellow.

so I downloaded v2.2 and it wouldnt even connect at all. It would just make attempts to connect. Then I found v2.0 and it did the same thing. So I went back to v2.1 and I can get it to connect and record most of the time. Every once and a while it will say it has timed out and to turn the car off and then back on.

Anyone ever run into that before?

Is there a reason why you want to get rid of your HKS tbe?
