Emissions in the N.C.

I might be moving down to bluffton,N.C. and i was wondering if there is emissions down by this area.

The laws vary in different counties. All counties have a safty insecption, and some counties also have a emission inspection. The county I live in only has a safty inspection.

If your NC county has emissions it amounts to plugging in to the ODB II port and checking for pending or solid failure codes.
