Challenge to all evos to freaky friday in the Ville.
yeah, i passed but i almost burned in my last jump. tty about it later. great course and i recommend you go bro. it was a challenge but easier than what i was expecting. easy to say since i graduated but really its not that bad. i know you would make it no problem. but yeah, lobo's sounds like a plan and joe is havin a beer pong night tomorrow also.
i think knotts finally got the clue on our last chat, with wright sitting there, that i'm fed up with everyones bs in that gsb and it was apparent to me that he wasn't getting the right stories straight with the whole situation about joe's incident. he gave me permission to speak freely and you know me when that privledge is granted
this morning he talked to me before formation and said he genuinely believes i'm a great soldier but "i'm just having a hard time adapting to there ways". i'll fill you in on everything tomorrow.

hey i dont know how true this is but a buddy of mine told me today that the track doesent work over there in fayetteville. he said that the lights and time clocks are fried caused they were stroke by lightning or some shat. i dont know how true this is. he said all they are doing this weekend is grudge matches with a person as the light. someone let us know so i dont waste my time and money going there if i cant at least get my 1/4 mi times.

Like I said, the timing system works fine. (Can't start the R/T or E.T. without the tree) And I doubt anyone on here has asked when it'll be fixed. Lately the announcer has been calling out the times for each driver so the crowd knows the E.T.'s. Driver's still get a slip with the times posted.
i have to admit though, since the track has gone under new management, the track has gone to ****. they don't seem to keep the maintenance up on it like they used to. but like cirrusly said, everything still works but the boards that are supposed to display your times. you still have staging lights and timeslips and of course our infamous announcer.

got any "challengers" for freaky friday tomorrow? btw, anyone have a video camera so we can video my grudge match for tomorrow? i'll prolly lose but we'll see. guy on srtforums was challenging any srt-4 to take on his buddies Fox mustang. i stepped up to the challenge with the evo so we'll see what happens. he didn't know i had an evo now and told me "evos aint ****" for his buddies stang. i proceeded to tell him, after he sent me his cell # through a pm, that i have an evo and if the bet was still on. he said yes and that they already beat my friend brads evo on the street. this will be a 1/4 mile race. the prize is $200.

hey matt, if he was on the srt 4 forums challenging those guys, i think you should be ok... i have a good feeling the guy talking has no idea what a 1.6 60 looks like lol. The mustang will be playing catchup the whole time, and with your setup, the top end doesnt really give way till about 130 or so, by then the 1/4 is done.
we'll see what happens. on the phone he sounds like one of those guys that thinks mustangs are the greatest thing out there. could sound like but they might in fact have a fast car. well, done with work for the day and gots to get ready for the track tonight........

what you gotta do ? i just swapped out my tranny fluid hoping that helps with my issue... i honestly think matt its one of 2 things... synchro is fudged or the driver mod was a little too rough with clutch riding, in which case, option a is correct... car runs fine, pulls fine, just a little hesitant to launch it with the 2000 miles im going to be putting on it the next month or so. i may come out tonight though just to see ya run... what time you heading up there ?
in other news, i havent seen too many super fast mustangs out at the track in awhile, and the ones we did see, were running hi 11's low 12's when that use to be super quick to us... unless they werent streetable.
anyway, off to get a few things done for school, finish getting my **** together, packing my tools and im off. I have 3 sockets of joes, that all i have, and he should have a couple of mine, im missing my 1/4 inch 8mm deep well, my 3/8 inch 17 deep and a few others. if you have his tools, give a quick look to what he has 2 of... thats how i found his in mine.
