i got a 10 over ticket one of the first weeks i was here. There are more lawyers down here than criminals. I paid something like 120-140$ to a law co. to get me a not guilty, and court fees. so, if you want to fight its not so bad. the fees were about the same as the fine if i was guilty...so it was in my favor. some how after i got the ticket, all there lawyer fliers came in the mail. i just picked one....
good luck.

Do they have to show you the "locked" radar?.... NO...

Do the radar guns "lock" your speed?.... NO...

Will you detect a Laser radar even if it's equipped with a Laser sensor?.... Not always....

You have very little chance to "beat" a radar citation in court, because it's not simply your words against his.. There is a lot of documentation that goes along with using a radar unit.. If that documentation is available at the time of your court case, the Officer doesn't even need to say a word.. (Hint).. The courts usually schedule speeding ticket cases all on the same day and time for each Officer. The Officer might write like 80 radar tickets in one sitting, so the documentation WILL be with him.. Unless you get a guy like myself, it's highly unlikely that you'll be a radar ticket.. Simply because I dont go to traffic court.. Hahaha.. Gotta write tickets to go to court..

Good luck...

I got a ticket for going 27 over, used Jacqueline Woodward and only had to pay for her fees ($70) and ended up having to pay the ticket and court fees combined ($330). But no points! And that's honestly all I cared about. It was a radar gun that got me going down to the Keys He turned it on at the last second (undercover) and there was no escaping. oh well...

I was in the same boat as you, cop stated me he had me speeding at the light which was on the bottom of one hill and he was on the bottom of another and clearly you couldnt see the light at all. He told me that I took the ticket called the traffic clinic paid 89.99 and they dismissed the ticket in court. Saved me 256.00...Good luck with it!
