I'm only running 22 psi for pump gas but it still kicks in nice around 3700 rpm. But as was so rudely misstated I do have a SES light referring to my system being too lean. It occurs under vacuum and I've talked to one shop so far and am waiting to hear back from AMS. Looking like I might have an injector that isn't opening well at low load. Once I get a fuel pressure gauge installed and check some other sensors out I'll have it narrowed down some more.

But all that aside, you're more than welcome to a ride.

I HAVE NO IDEA. but what i do have an idea about is that maybe supertuner ric should've fixed that problem BEFORE he made you a race map. i don't know? thats just prolly what i'd do first before i start making adjustments to somebody's ecu for race gas. you done defending your butt buddy yet? he's the one i have a problem with and now you want to join? we have ricer A and now ricer B.

btw, nice hood brian. looks just like superscouts. you and ric are 2 peas in a pot. can't do anything on your own. monkey see monkey do lets see, i also lowered his car for him, boost controller and ecu race map for FREE. all i asked him for was a simple AGREEMENT, regardless of how he try's to justify it, and he broke that. he backstabbed me and now i'm done.

*also, if i were any on you guys here on the forum, i would not let BIGRIC09 do anything to your car UNLESS its an intake, catch can, fmic and maybe icp's. he talks a good game but trust me, some of us know him all to well. great guy to chill with at the bar/track but not doing anything that has to do with mild mechanical skills or keeping his word.*

THEN, bigric09 was going to leave you there by yourself because his girlfriend was tired. i told him he wasn't going anywhere till he helped you finish your fmic install AND CLEAN UP MY TOOLS. even daniel, his girlfriend, knew i was pissed when i was out back grilling and thought it was inconsiderate also because she told me when she came out back!

or how about the time bigric09 moved outta his house and into his new house? steve, his roomate, helped him move ALL DAY long. then when it was steve's turn, BIGRIC09 made up a lame excuse and said he had an APPOINTMENT that day but never could tell him what his appointment was for.

this is just a few examples on how this guy is. i've bent over backwards to help him out and would help anyone out in a heartbeat. you two wouldn't be talking or doing any of this **** if i was back there. GUARANTEED! brian, you should've stayed out of it. take advantage of it while i'm gone guys! keep up the good work!

Well since you asked I will explain. I asked Jason to modify my map for race gas. I and I alone took any risk with that. So why you still blaming him? Oh I know...trying to make yourself look good again by saying you would've fixed my problem first.

And my hood, there you go again labeling. And like I told you over PM (is there a reason why you redunantly post the same stuff here?) my car's paint scheme isn't finished. Whoopdie friggin do if you think I'm copying Superscout. Why don't you go complain to the other couple dozen Evo's that have thier hood painted like mine...I'm sure they were thinking hard about how best to copy Superscout....I sure know I was. So let's see...I was the first White Evo in Fayetteville, in this area I was the first tuned by AMS, I am the first to install an AMS turbo kit, and I certainly don't see anyone spending nearly as much money or effort trying to be JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I see your point....well put....I think. Hell, I think we've now surpassed Civics with originality.

So you helped him with some parts of his car. Last I checked there isn't a single person in this world who is born with all the knowledge of how to work on cars. We all start somewhere. Some of us are mechanically inclined and will bust our knuckles and rack our brains to figure stuff out...some need help. But once again you have to bring to light how much of a great and wonderful person you are because Jason needed help with something and you out of your good graces did it FOR FREE... (BTW, don't friends usually do that for each other? I know 3 or 4 other Evo owners around here who are grateful for the help Jason has provided by use of his tools, garage and extra hands).
But you gotta just talk him down to make him look bad and make yourself look better. Am I getting redundant here?

LOL....with as much whining you are doing about Jason's tuning practices (actually for those of you who care, he isn't trying to become a tuner) he should just quit the Army and open a shop up right next to H&H. I can hear it now...soon you'll be complaining about them stealing your buisness too.

And my respect to you? How hard would it have been to say "hey, I'm happy you are eager to install your IC but let's just chill with cars and enjoy a bbq". I know for a fact I asked you if I could use your tools and you agreed. I tried to install it as quickly as I coud and once I figured it was going to take major bumper modification I set it aside and AND IT WAS AFTER THE BBQ AND FIREWORKS if I remember correctly when I really got into it. Plenty opportunity there to say no...and then you helped me find tools to make the job easier....another opportunity passed by. And in the end, I CLEANED up my own mess, I said thank you for all of it and now it's apparant you just bit your tongue and couldn't man up. I will certainly back up anyone I call "friend". I don't backstab them in an open forum...YOU brought this on yourself by dragging all your personal issues out into this thread. I tried to keep it through PM's as I'm sure Jason has. But you can't just help but talk down to everyone who you think has wronged you in full public view. I tried to explain what happened to you over PM and you got personal and started calling me names.

About Steve, again you have no idea what you are talking about... he helped me move yes, where were you ? it was the weekend ? hell even lobo was there helping... oh thats right, it was spend time with brandi weekend. Anyhow, im going to close the novel for a few simple reasons, for one, brian was right, you should of kept things private as they were... but you continually blast me for no reason openly with no info to back it up really, just some accusations... the funny part was, all of this sprung from nothing..... brian made a comment about tuning, messing with you, that wasnt true, and you sprung this whole situation... and once you were told that it wasnt true, you are still going. Ask anyone, have I made any maps for anyone here in the interest of tuning ? Other than Brian, leaning him out a hair... The 5 evo's i have pulled maps from (which i told you i would do so you would have a base map inventory and could mod peoples maps for them if they needed it) i have done no tuning, nor have i attempted to... my answer to them, you can ask Rob, was talk to matt, send him a PM and he can help you... I dont know enough about tuning without seeing air/fuels to do any adjustments. Its funny, because those are my exact words... so aside from eflashing people there flashes from Al or pulling their maps for you and/or to send to Al, thats it. Which i wouldnt be able to do if you didnt say i couldnt use your cable because i would have never bought one myself. Again, this has gotten way too long for a forum to hear/read or understand.

I dont know where this aggression is coming from towards me, but its not warranted at all, i have done nothing to you, i have done nothing to void our agreement, i have tuned myself with the info you gave me, i have leaned brian out some on race gas, again with the PM you sent me saying you dont care if i do because you know we are friends... but im done with this.... if you cant cut your bullheaded attitude and admit you were wrong then so be it, but please dont continue to blast me on this forum or this thread. it was started by me for the local people here to gossip to each other about things going on and plans we have or are making. its not to express our issues.

is this true ? i am pretty sure danyel and i were there first hanging out with you, or maybe it was different, maybe i dont remember completely but i know when... brian got there, showed us the intercooler as more of a look what i got f*ckers thing then anything else then decided why not put it on since we had some time still, asked you for tools to install it and you didnt say no... a 10 minute install (i know this because thats how long it has taken us the last 5 times we have taken it off) turned into a much more complicated process so we stopped it and continued to party and have a good time, only to try and finish it later because if you didnt notice he had no intercooler on to drive home. again you are right though, it was my fault, yours in no way because you did speak up and say you know what, lets do that later or not tonight.

 

where did you get your map from ? oh, wait, i know, i was there when it was made for you...but to answer, he has 280's, a 9.8 hotside, no ebay 02...so your map would take some modding to work on his car properly, but you are right the timing shouldnt be off by much

quick question since this is calming down, what am i suppose to apologize for again ? not tuning anyone ? what do you want from me ? am i suppose to apologize to you for something i havent done ? am i suppose to bow down and say what a wonderful tuner you are ? im not trying to justify anything, i have nothing to justify... you blasted me about some stuff that was untrue, and i explained it, you said some pretty sh1tty things about me and brian for no reason, not once did either of us say matt, you b1tch or anything like that. the biggest part that gets me about this, you are basing your position and attitude about this whole situation on a comment that was made that was meant to be funny and wasnt true. i dont get you sometimes. you can do what you want, you can write me off if you want, i dont care, i dont need your respect... if i havent earned it by now i will never earn it.
