New to Central Florida

Just moved to Orlando from St. Louis...so I figured i'd chime in to let everyone know ya'll got another EVO guy here. Only the guy though lol the EVO is still in STL with a buddy in many pieces getting some stuff fixed before it's brought down here. So yeah that's all, here's my ride, for whenever it does get here so you know who's behind the wheel.

Just that, to be different, and so everyone knew who I was in STL when we hit up the racing spots. Just that, nothing more nothing less :-p

Been here since Saturday, so far i'm liking it...expensive but still liking it.

Cigs back home were $2.45 and my apartment there was $300 cheaper for nicer lol anyways off that lol... My company transfered me down here, so I was kinda obligated lol...but hey it's Florida, not Missouri

As for the EVO staying in STL...I've had a lot of problems with my EVO, so it's been a work in progress trying to fix them myself now (basically said F...OFF to the dealers) So i'm on my last major fix right now which is the tranny and TCASE...It's getting pulled and shipped off to Sheppard Racing for some rebuilding and a twin disk.

yeah, well depends on where you go really. I lived in the safest cheapest place I could afford...If I lived where my family did, then yeah it'd be more than Orlando, but that's just because it was rich ppl'sville lol. All over though certain things are just cheaper, like my cigs lol. Beer is about the same, unless it's a budweiser product. That's extremely cheap in STL since the Brewry is there. And gas is a lot cheaper. When I moved it was $1.79 and here it's $2.05

But dont worry about the evo, it'll all be fine and dandy when it comes home to me. Cause I have some goodies waiting to go on

Some of the things you said applies here as well, depending where you live and where you buy stuff (except for the gas of course , but no biggie). Make sure to go to our meetings, usually saturdays starting from 9:30-10:00pm at the Sonics of International Drive close to Universal Studios .

I'll make sure to hit up the Sonic when I get my car back. Cause I dont think my pride is big enough to show up in my work van yet

At least somethings still stay the same down here. All our get togethers were Friday and Saturdays at a Sonic

Thanks for the offer. Only parts i'm looking for are aftermarket, unless you know hookups on that, if so I need a new 02housing and a exedy twin disk lol

But what do you guys think of CFT? I went down there last week with my friends that came down to help me move. Just to see what they were about, since we saw a couple evo's drive in last week for some tuning so we followed. They pieced together some prices on a GT30kit for me. Just wanna hear some outside input on them.

Scott's has some of the best prices around. Plus he will answer questions that you have about the parts. So far I bought all my mods from him. And well worth every dollar.
