I spoke with the dude at shep and that should be enough to get it built plus conversion kit plus Evo8 3rd and 4rth. Just send it in, you won't need that money until they're done and he'll email you and me if there's extra charges. Assuming only your synchro is bad, that's all it'll cost. So send it in!
