personally I like the friday meet cause it fits in my schedule, one of these days when i finally have some time i will goto a saturday meet.

 

I don't have a problem with Procco meets on Sat. I will try to go to both if Sat. is voted on.

We have a great Evo population here in Central Florida.

Procco’s meet has always been a success on Saturday. It is near
Down Town. And, he keeps it open late for Pizza and such. I
Know many enjoy the meet there, including me.

When the idea for a Friday night meet at Quiznos was first thought,
carefull consideration was taken not to conflict with the Procco meet
on Saturday.

Changing the Friday meet to Saturday will conflict with Procco’s meet.
Why have that conflict? Both meets are good right now.

With 2 meets a week, anyone can go to one, or the other, or both.
Everyone is welcome. Please let’s enjoy the meets and have some fun.

There is even a Tuesday meet some where in the East side of town.
Plenty of places to meet and talk. Saturday night there is also a meet
at the corner of 50 and Orange.

 

I don't understand why you keep saying change the Fri meet. Please realize that you are the only one mentioning changing the Fri meet.

What ever caused the demise of the Sat night meets at Sonics? Billiards afterwards is where it all started.

 

for me procco on sat, fridays i try to go when i can because 2 reasons friday is a track nite and is a little to far for me

 

I agree with you Manie 100% but without further adu, here's what I'm working with.. It's not done, but to give you an idea. Reason why I added so many cars is basically thank those that have stuck with us to help our Friday night meet be as successful as it is now. I only request Malik to send me a photo of his because out of all the ones I have I can't find his car

I think Manny was reading this ^ and thus he understood that the Friday nights meets is what you were thinking of changing.

 

You rarely go to the Sat meets and the rest NEVER go to the Sat meets. This is an opportunity to re-merge the community at a more centralized location.

I think someone should host a map of orlando and add pushpins for each member's area of residence so that we can find a spot where is most central to the largest group of owners in the city.

 

I suppose I did mention the day there. My fault... It's not about removing a meet from Quiznos or Malik, its about a reconvergence of Orlando.

I do think that Fri is a really odd day for a meet with track night Weds and Fri as Victor stated.

 

I don't know if I still remember how to play billiards
