Is there any update on that guys car? Like what happened? Because from the picture it looks like the the turbine is off center, like maybe the shaft broke? Is that possible? You can clearly see its sitting low in the turbo. Or maybe the housing moved.

He said that the Honeycomb was in tact, but never said what it was. Something obviously got sucked up in there though

that could of been me .my car keep blowing out the spark. they pulled out my plugs put one step cooler the plugs where gaped 18 i think. i know it was in the teens the plugs they put back in my car where denso iridium power

See I don't think anything got sucked in, you can even see where the blades were scraping the housing.

I use the stock IX sparkplugs and gap them at 23 and make good power with it just like that, and never had a problem with it, knock on wood.............Just saying this because I noticed that you have a IX also.

99% of the time that happens from oil starvation. What happens is the shaft doesnt get enough oil, gets heated and bends

The honey comb was not sucked in, that's what everyone thought at first. Talking to Alex and the guy who was driving the car on the dyno (I forget his name) they explained to me that the turbo some how got an oil starvation issue or something went wrong with the oil feed line that went to the turbo that didn't allow for the turbo's barring to get lubricated. Once that happened I'm guessing the wheel came loose from its housing and spinning as fast as it was the blades became bent in the housing as what you see in the photo I took. The turbo is a Precision GT67 P Trim AKA "37R" from what the owner of the car told me.
