oh about the rain. i think the reason why it kept on raining on and off is because EL.blue kept on drying off his car after it rained and the rain gods were getting pissed ....

 

Of course you could probably get some tweaking done, but I wouldn't say a retune is absolutely necessary. You should be able to put the parts on, get some power from them and be fine with the current tune.
