You also have to be careful because motorcycle dealers are notorious for opening revolving credit cards to get those deals. That's what I got on my last R6. I was late on one payment by 10 days and it defaulted. So my payment went from $120 to almost $400 a month. I paid that for a year and the amount I owed on the bike was about $200 less than when I bought it.

I had to pay $6500 to sell my bike. Britt Motorsports sucks my ***.
I am talking about a bike, and it would be paid off. I'm getting a used bike and would never finance at the dealer. Plus I'm 35 years old and don't play LCpl games. I walk in with check in hand from my bank.

Oh, ok. See I was unaware of it when I bought my second bike. My original bike was purchased through Navy Fed. I didn't know they assigned you revolving credit cards. If I knew that I would have told them to get ****ed.

Plus you said your payment was less than $115 for 3 years, so I assumed you were talking about the bike financing.

You see the new R1? I really dig that bike!!

I saw your post earlier on this. That thing is sharp looking. Full Race manifold may be coming my way. They gave me a few bucks off their already great price.

This is my starter bike so don't want to get something new, expensive, and out of my league, ability wise. I do like the way the Yamahas look though.

Do you have any experience on motorcycles or dirtbikes or anything of the sort at all?

I rode dirtbikes when I was younger so I taught myself how to ride on an 04 R6. Just took it out one day and rode around my neighborhood. Did that for a couple weeks till I was ready for the main road.

Personally I love 600's. Nothing against liter bikes, but personally I just don't thave the need to go that fast above 100mph. I love how a 600 handles.

Which bike are you liking?? My buddy/neighbor picked up his 06 CBR with like 700 miles on it for $5k. I'm hoping to find a great deal myself in the near future on another bike.

nah i am do the reserve but instead of re-enlisting for 4 years like active duty i will do a 1 year reservist on active duty. it is very complicated but i will try to explain
My home of records is Ny. but i want to do this program in NC the marines corp will pay me Ny BAH/BAS as a SGT,Plus Pre-diem for a year. the bah is 2600 and pre-diem wow i cant wait man.
i didnt believe it too but i have a guy that is doing it too her and he is from cali.
so i will be in nc but get paid as if i was in NY. Me and my wife is going to do the same program for a year and then move to FL for good. and then try HCSO again.

any one can do it too when u get out go to the prior service marine recruiter and ask him about this program. "IMA but on ADOS order" when u r on ADOS order u will get full Active duty benefits and everything else that active duty get for one year. think about it. its one year at a reservist unit doing crap lol.

I like it better without the "Got Evo" part. That just clutters up the clean look of the Mitsu symbol plus anyone who knows sees the engine will know what car it belongs to.

I have a whopping 2 minutes on a motorcycle in first gear, never made it above 10 mph. Plus the fact that I promised myself when I got back from Afghanistan to learn how to ride a bike. I am making it happen now. Bike gets delivered tomorrow.
