man, that's out there. dont know anyone from there. but dude, you are a slapshot away from the Tail of the Dragon. Next to US Hwy 101 (between Atascadero and Monterey), it's the most fun road I've ever driven. That, Hellbender, and the Cherohala Skyway are amazing driving destinations. Are you in your evo or another car? Even if you're in a freakin minivan, go to the dragon (US Hwy 129).

Lol the roads out here are amazing. Really smooth and curvy. If i had my evo out here i would of wrecked myself in it. Ill probably need to bring both of them over next time.

 

Anybody know a good place in Charlotte to get your clutch changed?

I was trying to get Kasey from Spoolnuptuning to do it for me, until I saw this.

Clutch is slipping pretty bad now and I need to get it changed soon. I've already got my spec clutch. I was considering trying to do it myself, but I've never done a clutch job. If I can find somebody who's done it before I can pay them to help out.

usually depends on where majority of the ppl are from. i dont know where the meets are held in charlotte. if there usually around hickory we usually hang out at the old crown cinema at night in hickory or get something together and meet up in mooresville like last time.

dang tim, i have a company bbq to meet'n'greet all the new people that started with us this summer. yea yea i know who cares. well there's a lot of new hires that are female

 

ill be back in the charlotte area on the 20th so we should get a meet set up sometime soon while my car is still clean haha.

Fayetteville is a bit too far for me, if we do go to a track it's usually Rockingham. I will say however that the Fayetteville guys are good people and fun to hang out with. We met up at the Rock last year.

I've wanted to try out ZMax dragway here in Charlotte (Concord) but they only have public test/tunes on Thursdays. Hopefully they'll start thinking about having weekend days next year.
