Ecutek Evo X Tuning in Florida/South East
Yeah we will offer that as well I just don't want to wait anymore. I have a feeling it will be pushed back again and again and again. My car is a tune away from going fast. Its amazing what we have done with it now without a proper tune.

. I thought you retain the stock ECU settings, but with modified engine parameters? Is that what is different about piggy backs?
I don't know if you want to make the trip but head out to Fynetune Performance. They are ecutek dealers and will take care of you good...call them ask for Andre or Cornell and tell em Ben sent you
That is 100% total BS. Don't make claims that are not true unless you can back them up.
I'm pretty sure I know, because I have an SSS FASTkey Evo X and it works just like it did stock. I've never had to use the key.
It doesn't. The guy has no clue what he is talking about.
IMO it can't be related. There are three iterations of the ECU that have been to the US, and all are covered. EcuTeK is also very selective about what they manipulate in a flash and don't change anything in the ECU that has to do with FAST. They don't even show the immobilizer hex code to the tuner, as it stays the same. If the immobilizer was off, the car wouldn't start period.
If you want to be 100% sure, though, have the person who flashed it dump the details from the software to EcuTeK and live connect to let them look at the it.
There are a lot of cars running around with the flash and none have had this issue occur.
I didn't have any issues except the early partial throttle MBC overboost code P1235, and they rectified that right away. With as good as ECU boost control and the new solenoid system on this car is, ECU boost is the way to go regardless of the fact they got it working with the MBC.
I hope you find a quick resolution to whatever your issue is with the FAST key.
