Gainesville this weekend is where the racing is.

 

Taking a 600awhp car down a straight track is easy... Taking it around sharp turns breaking and accelerating... That takes skill..
To each their own but honestly sitting around for hours waiting for a run vs running for hours... Rather go on a test and tune night anyways...

its so much fun! once you do it the first time you will be addicted. it all started for me back in 2003 with a stock 2004 wrx wagon.

Me and the mrs couldn't make it last minute issue

 

the course was fun! we used the inner section with sweeping turns. it was a very "VETTE Friendly" course with very long straight to the finish where i got into 4th gear. with that alone i didnt stand a chance in a stock evo x vs that Z06.
i did win the open class and everyone was like "did you just buy that and drive it straight here?"ha
