Hey guys, I might be coming to your area soon on business for a few months and had 2 questions? Is there any e-85 stations in the area yet, and where is the closest 1/4 drag strip? I'm guessing Gainsville? Thanks in advance.

 

yes on Gainsville as being the closest 1/4 drag strip.

I haven't seen any E-85 stations on my side of town (westside)

maybe the guys on the southside and beach might see some

 

The only E85 Station is Privately owned by the City of Jacksonville

 

ya Jax city has the only one and good luck gettng any.
Gainsville is the only 1/4 other than Valdosta up in Ga. If you want gansvilles schedule search gainsville raceway and you'll find their webpage. I'm about due for a few 1/4 passes myself here soon.

That's not too bad considering I'm driving an Hr. and 45 mins to my local track.

 

I live 5 min from the one in Valdosta (Cecil actually) and I can get to Jax in a little less than 1.5 hrs if I'm moving with a purpose.

 

Gainsville is still going to be the nicer track though right?

 

i would consider gainesville nice track. they just finished some improvements right before Gatornationals this year if im not mistaking.

so i guess there was a "little" dsm meet last night at sonics. i actually left when the rest of the dsm's got there but it looked like a nice little meet up.
