You will start to see the trees where they can hide in the divided median, before that you are "normally" okay down us1 as far as cops are concerned, if you get a ticket though don't blame me!

Also part that slows you down is there are a few small towns with stop lights, and some 1 lane parts of US1 that suck because you almost always get stuck behind a slow car.

Also for bigger events the line in front of the track will get backed up (don't think it should be a problem for this one though), coming from raleight there is a slight backway you can get in, if you take a look at google maps I believe the turn is on beaverdamn church road, this way you miss some of the "normal" traffic coming in.

^ ya i think i know what median ur taling about,. i saw a cop hidding under the trees one time and had his radar on. i think it almost 30 miles away from raleigh.

 

Yeah, basically the other side of Sanford tree start to be all around the median and it can get a little sketchy for speeding too much.
