So next week is the meetup at cars n coffee followed by the caravan to the park right? What time did you all want to show up at C&C? I usually get there around 9 but usually spots are already pretty filled up. Want to try and get there at 8:30-8:45?

I'll be a bit late, I have to go to base for weekend duty that morning but I shouldn't get out too late. I'll prob end up meeting everyone at the park

 

I asked Spec-Ops about an ETA on when my car might actually run. (in)Patiently waiting. LOL. It would suck if I miss out on this. Esp. being new to the area.

Could always show up without the evo. Always nice to put faces to usernames. Plus there should be plenty to look at

Also if I remember correctly the park is Jordan Lake park. If possible I'd like to do it at the same location as the iso meet last october off white oak beach rd. Seemed to have some nice photo ops. If anyone has other suggestions or options speak up.

 

Yeah I will probably still make it out in my wifes Scooby I just hate hanging around Evo's and not having mine.

Shep said they should have the trans back by tomorrow. The flywheel will get to them by Friday the latest. If I get it back it may be close.

 

Sorry to post this here but I was hoping maybe I could get a better response. Anyone know a good place to get an alignment other than performance chassis in the Cary/Raleigh Area? I just got new tires not thinking I would need an appointment at PC to get an alignment and they can't get me in until next week.

On another note. I've never been to a C&C meet and hope to meet some of you guys there!!!

 

^a local x owner got his aligned at phantasm recently. That shop isn't on the top of my go-to places but it is pretty hard to screw up an alignment and the owner was happy with the job...

 

I'm planning to go to C&C. Going to try and get over there around 8am or so. It is suppose to be a nice day. I usually park over by the Chinese resturant. The building usually provides some shade from th sun as it gets warmer later on.

 

^It's also right in the thick of things which means we're normally too late to get in there w/ you haha

And parts haven't arrived that I had dropped shipped. Fail. Hopefully will sometime today. Maybe miss C&C and meet up with everyone afterwards if they can have the car done by Saturday.
