Now that I found this thread, I might like to go to a meet. ...Just not today.
3" of this snow, and bald summer tires; I didn't even get very far down my driveway.

Edit: I tried again, and found that Hwy 17 has been plowed! But, the 3 miles or so to get there was pretty adventurous.

I've been to both shops, and now I don't trust either.

^ Agreed. I don't know if they've gotten any better, but 10 years ago they could f*** up a Honda just fine.
That included a simple tune-up on my friend's Accord, where they messed up a pulley or something. I heard of several cases where they dragged their feet and held on to someone's car for months.

We won't be there this time, started getting a real bad wobble in my steering yesterday(non brake related). Suspension is my weak point so I gotta figure it out, I'm thinking it's tie rod related.

Pretty sure the springs are fine, 99% the strut has a leak so it isn't compressing properly

I am awaiting delivery of some MR bilsteins. I'll have a full set out of a an 05 GSR with 79k as soon as I can install them (probably next weekend). There is nothing wrong with the suspension, but they are a bit stiff for my taste.
