Do any of you guys here in the Raleigh area have a Megan Catback Exhaust or knows someone that has one?

Just looking to get some feedback......likes, dislikes.

When I used to work for Mitsu we had an 04 RS Evo that was stock besides a megan catback...couldn't really tell a power difference at all since it was on the car when we got it from auction...looked decent and sounded decent too...I have the Buschur Bullet catback on my car and I am a pretty big fan of the Bullet muffler...i like the stock looking tip on it and in my opinion sounds really good...

I like the Buschur exhausts as well...I've heard that the bullet is obnoxiously loud compared to the magnaflow...have you heard them both together? I'm trying to decide...

I may go with the Megan as well, if the welds don't pinch down to less than 3"...after all, a 3" tube is a 3" tube for the most part...

I have to go with a HFC though...no test pipes allowed since my wife works for the NC Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources (Div. of Air Quality)...

just to help some of you guys out

Buschur with the bullet- awesome exhaust if you dont mind it being VERY VERY loud. (guys evo i work on has a [pretty much stock car and his is louder than mine)

Buschur with the magnaflow- Would be my choice. Broke Azz Los used to have this one and had a nice deep throaty tone

Megan- Great for the money.. prolly 8.5 out of 10 fitment when i installed one.

DONT FORGET HELIX TBE- i still run this test pipe and cat-back set-up. Used to have the whole thing. I think i paid 575 or something from gruppe-s for the entire exhaust in a Group buy. SWEAR one of the best fitting exhausts out

Thanks for the input. I not looking for something that rattles the neighbors window. From the clips I have heard the Megan seems to have nice low deep tone to it.

That Helix TBE from Gruppe-S is still VERY reasonably priced. I looked at that before getting the Greddy

Justin - Sounds good. Going to watch a movie at noon and then planning on meeting you at 5. I'll give you a call at 4 though.

Everyone else - Someone throw up a place to meet and that's where we'll go. It seems like we have at least 4 or 5 of us wanting to meet tomorrow. I say 1:30ish tomorrow, someone throw a place out there
